Couples counselling offers a calm, supportive space where both of you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to rebuild trust and connection.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you recognise the emotions and attachment patterns that shape how you respond to one another, building a stronger sense of safety and closeness.

  • Attachment Theory explores how past experiences influence the way you relate, communicate, and seek connection or space within your relationship.

  • Imago Relationship Therapy brings awareness to recurring patterns, helping you move from frustration or blame toward empathy and healing.

  • The Gottman Method offers practical, research-based tools to strengthen communication, manage conflict, and rebuild trust and intimacy.

Your First Session:
