Who is Counselling For?
Life can feel overwhelming when you face challenges alone. Anxiety, low mood, stress, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns can make even small decisions feel heavy. Counselling offers a supportive, confidential space to make sense of what’s happening, gain clarity, and start moving forward at your own pace.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including stress and burnout, panic attacks, anxiety, depression (including postnatal), relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, addiction, workplace bullying, and life transitions like redundancy. Talking things through with a trained professional can give you a fresh perspective, help you understand your thoughts and feelings, and support you in making choices that nurture your wellbeing.

How counselling Sessions Work

Your first session is a free 30-minute introductory consultation, offering a gentle space to share what’s been going on and what’s brought you here.
There’s no expectation to cover everything; we’ll take things at your pace, giving you the chance to be heard, start to make sense of things, and explore what support might look like for you.

Each session is designed around you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and more confident in yourself.

Through our work together, you’ll start to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. You’ll gain insight into your thoughts and emotions, discover ways to manage stress or anxiety, and build resilience, empowering you to move forward with hope, balance, and confidence.
