Hello I'm Nikki
I’m here to listen without judgement and help you make sense of what’s been weighing you down. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time in a safe and supportive space.
A Little About Me
Hello, I’m Nikki. For close to 20 years, I’ve been supporting individuals and couples through life’s ups and downs. I understand how heavy it can feel when you’re stuck in pain, unsure where to turn, or simply trying to find your way back to feeling like yourself. My approach is caring, honest, and practical, creating a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.
Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, coping with anxiety or low mood, managing grief, or just feeling the quiet weight of life, therapy can help. My role is to guide you gently, offer insight, and share tools that help you move from feeling stuck to finding steadiness and clarity.
Therapy with me isn’t cold or clinical, it’s a conversation where your voice matters, your feelings are valid, and change is possible. Together, we’ll focus on understanding, healing, and building resilience that stays with you long after our sessions.
My Approach
My work is grounded in proven therapeutic models, including Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Imago therapy, and attachment-focused approaches. By blending these methods, I can tailor our sessions to meet your needs and offer strategies that genuinely work for you.
Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your perspective, helping you explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges while developing tools that support meaningful and lasting change. I want you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more confident in your next steps, whether within yourself, your relationships, or your overall well-being.
My Qualifications & Experience
I’m passionate about continually growing my skills and knowledge. Ongoing training helps me stay in tune with the latest therapeutic approaches, building on the experience I’ve gained over the years. This means I can offer you thoughtful, personalised support that’s both current and effective, helping you feel truly understood and supported.
