Experience
I am trained, qualified and experienced in helping clients with varied and multiple issues, and provide both long term psychotherapy and short term counselling and CBT to adults, couples and adolescents. Much of my experience has been gained whilst working in the National health service as a counsellor in and around the Southampton area and as a bereavement counsellor. In addition I have worked as a counsellor and case manager for an employee assistance programme providing counselling and stress management to employees in the workplace.

Fees and appointments
Individuals £55.00 per one hour session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
I offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge either over the telephone or face to face for individuals
Couples £85.00 per 1 hour and 15 minute session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
Payment may be made by cash or electronic transfer at the end of each session.
Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday to Thursday
