You’re not alone.

In a calm, supportive space in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, or online, whether alone or with your partner, you can pause, explore your thoughts, and take the first step toward feeling stronger and understood. If counselling feels daunting, let's start with a chat to explore your options and see how I can best support you.

Welcome

“We don't have control over what happens in life, but we do have control over how we choose to respond.”

Hello, I’m Nikki. Thank you for visiting my website, and a warm welcome.

Life can be demanding, and it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying everything on your own. For over a decade, I’ve sat with people feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. I know how hard it is to ask for help, and how life-changing it can be when you do (believe me, I've been there!). Here, you get a space just for you, to breathe, untangle the noise, and find what you need.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, complex relationships, or feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, you’re not alone… and I’m glad you’ve reached out. I work with individuals and couples across Southampton, Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, and online, helping you feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.

If you’d like to discuss your options and learn how I can support you, you can book a free 30-minute consultation.

Support When You Need It Most

Therapy that meets you where you are, helping you find clarity and steadier ground.

When life leaves you feeling stretched thin, uncertain, or disconnected, counselling offers a calm space to pause and make sense of what’s happening. It’s a chance to feel heard, understood, and supported, whether alone or with your partner.

You might be:

  • Struggling with tension, conflict, or distance in your relationship

  • Battling anxiety, low mood, or constant self-doubt

  • Exhausted from the pressures of work, family, or expectations

  • Feeling unseen, unheard, or “too much” in your closest connections

  • Wanting to understand yourself more deeply and make fundamental changes

Whether you're at breaking point or quietly unravelling under the surface, therapy can help. Together you'll move from confusion to clarity and from survival mode into something steadier and more grounded.

A shared space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and move forward together.

Shared Journeys

Stories of growth, healing, and hope.

Every counselling journey is unique, but many people find comfort in knowing they’re not alone. These words capture the moments of insight and relief that often come through the process.

"Thank you so much for all your help. I really wouldn't be so happy and have such a great relationship with open, honest communication without you and your help!"

"I really can't thank you enough for the support you have given me. I feel so much more in control of my emotions and understand myself in new ways."

A Counselling Space That’s All About You

It All Starts With a Conversation

Finding the right support is about how it feels for you. From the very first conversation, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and free to be yourself. Here’s what you can expect as we begin working together:
